3lbs of Networking Opportunity

San Antonio BD Team - Courtney CampbellGood food brings people together. This is the thought that our San Antonio BD team Paul Muller and Courtney Campbell had on Friday morning as they waited in line at the famous Lulu’s Bakery & Cafe. For you non-San Antonio folk, Lulu’s is best known for their Texas sized, three pound cinnamon rolls and has appropriately been featured on the TV show Man vs. Food. Two cinnamon rolls later, Paul and Courtney headed to their meeting, rolls in hand, and were quite the hit. Delicious cinnamon rolls AND networking opportunities? Sounds like a piece of cake, or cinnamon rolls, to us!Alpha Testing, Inc. Logo

Grounds Abound in San Antonio

San Antonio, this one’s for you and those morning business meetings. Whether you are looking for a unique place to meet or just looking for a change, the San Antonio Business Journal might give you some inspiration. The Morning Meeting Madness started when the Journal asked readers to vote on 32 nominated eateries and coffee shops perfect for those early meetings. Much like the NCAA college football playoffs this year, the breakfast places were divided into brackets and voting lasted about a month. Listed below were the final four in order:

1. Green Vegetarian Cuisine – 200 E. Grayson St.Green Vegetarian Cuisine

2. Earl Abel’s – 1201 Austin Highway

3. Magnolia Pancake Haus – 606 Embassy Oaks

4. Rosella Coffee – 203 E. Jones St.

Having an office in San Antonio, we had to get the Alpha insight on these acclaimed breakfast stops. In reply, our Business Development team also praised Green Vegetarian Cuisine on their food and price as well as Magnolia Pancake Haus. Kristen Bowzer also thought it appropriate to add Olmos Perk and Local Coffee. So there it is San Antonio. Schedule your next morning meeting at one of these San Antonio AND Alpha approved places.
