New Director in the Building?

We are excited to welcome Lily Monserrat, MBA, SPHR to our Alpha team as our corporate Human Resources Director. While this might be Alpha’s first HR Director, Lily is far from new in the HR department. She comes from a corporate HR background and has a wealth of experience in the field. A graduate from Texas Woman’s University, Lily shares a passion for Texas and it’s outdoor activities. Having been a Texan for 20 years, Lily also loves to travel outside the Lone Star State and has lived in Mexico, England, and California. Inside state lines, Lily and her family (German Shepard included) spend much time out on the Trinity Trails in Ft. Worth. Stop by her office in our Dallas location and meet our new HR Director!
