The Family Place has been serving Dallas area victims of family violence since 1978. In order to accommodate growing needs, the agency created a $16.5 Million Legacy Campaign for an additional facility in Dallas, TX. Ann Moody Place broke ground in May 2016 and will provide domestic violence victims additional shelter and programs. The 40,000 SF facility will house 13 emergency shelter bedrooms, medical/dental clinic, hotline/call center, and numerous spaces for counseling and job training. Alpha is proud to be a part of this Legacy Campaign, working alongside Corgan and Hill & Wilkinson to provide geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing for the new facility.
