What better way to spend a Friday than at the Lone Star Brewery campus in San Antonio? Alpha’s Courtney Ball and UTSA interns Jordan and Jonathan drew the lucky straw to attend the ULI Lone Star Brewery District Redevelopment tour on Friday, February 24. The event included updates to the $300 million redevelopment project, a tour of part of the 35-acre site, and a mixer with attendees. Alpha Testing is providing the geotechnical engineering for the mixed-use project, which is planned to include multi-family residential developments, a movie theater, hotel, and office and retail space.
