Sporting Clays

Alpha TestingIt has to be a good Wednesday when your Outlook calendar says “clay shoot” on it. Alpha sponsored a team at the Texas Association of Healthcare Facilities Management (TAHFM) Sporting Clays Tournament. Alpha’s Sean Bowman was one of the four in the group at the Westside Sporting Grounds in Katy, TX. The annual event included two courses, an awards ceremony, a raffle, and BBQ to end the day – all in support of TAHFM membership scholarships for professional development.

George Coffee + Provisions – Coppell, TX

Alpha TestingNeed a good spot for a group meeting? You might want to try George Coffee + Provisions in Coppell. This coffee shop sits in Old Town Coppell among new row houses, restaurants, and a park. What makes GCP unique is the structure itself – the coffee shop is built inside a large, white house. The Carriage House pairs coffee with community, offering its patrons with ample seating inside, a library, and an outdoor courtyard. The library can be reserved up to four hours and can seat 10 around a large farm table. Good coffee AND a private library to meet in? That’s a win.

TEXO Clayshoot

Alpha TestingAlpha was the Title Sponsor at the TEXO Clay Bird Shootout in September, benefitting the TEXO Foundation. Six lucky staff members got to join in the festivities on Thursday as volunteers or clay shoot participants. Decked out in Alpha gear, our volunteers worked the stations and gave away all kinds of goodies throughout the event.
