While Christmas trees and Santa Clause might come to mind when most people hear “It’s the most wonderful time of the year,” in north Texas it means visions of Fletcher’s corny dogs and the aroma of turkey legs. The State Fair of Texas has begun, and whether you go for the food or the festivities, the fair never disappoints.
