Who’s Ready for Some Chili?

Our Fort Worth office held their inaugural Chili Cook-Off last Friday, with nearly 20 entries for this year’s contest! There was a little bit of everything, including mild chili, spicy chili, beef chili, pork chili, and everything in between.

Congratulations to this year’s Chili Champ, Justin Rose, and his venison chili! They also crowned a Chili Chump, Marnie Quedensley, whose entry didn’t quite finish at the top of the voting.

Thank you to everyone who participated, and we can’t wait to have even more entries next year!

Founder’s Award – 2019

Alpha Testing’s Founder’s Award is given annually to those who best epitomize the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Alpha. Congratulations to this year’s recipients: Henok Abebe and Samson Ayalew (Dallas), Nicole Hall (Fort Worth), Mark Lanham (Houston), and Andrew Lamb (San Antonio).

Happy New Year!

With the New Year comes new goals and sometimes sticking to those goals takes some extra motivation. If being more active is part of your plan for this year, then we have an event for you!

The Form Follows Fitness 5K is coming back to Klyde Warren Park on Saturday, February 15th, and we want you and your family to join Team Alpha Testing! This annual 5K takes you through Uptown and the Dallas Design District, so you get to see some award winning architecture and a few Alpha projects, too!

Alpha is once again covering the entry fees for our employees and their families. For more information, including an entry code for your FREE registration, contact Karen Rodriguez at krodriguez@alphatesting.com.

A Very Merry Alpha Christmas

Our Alpha Testing family has been celebrating the Christmas season over the past two weeks. From bowling to mechanical bulls to go karts, and of course a photo booth or three, a great time was had at each office’s party. Take a look at some pics from the events in the slideshow below!

Turkey Trot Time!

We love almost everything about Thanksgiving, especially the food! One thing we don’t love is the guilt that sometimes goes with overindulging during those Thanksgiving feasts. So why not start your Thanksgiving Day with a run or walk, and burn some calories before you eat that second piece of pumpkin pie? Here are some of the races in our areas of the state!

Happy Alpha-ween!

At Alpha, we think you’re never too old to dress up and have some fun for Halloween. Our offices held pumpkin decorating and costume contests, and enjoyed some “Alpha-ween” treats yesterday.

Congratulations to our contest winners – Olivia Drew (San Antonio) for her Pinocchio pumpkin and Andy Vargas (Fort Worth) for his WWE Smackdown costume!

Check out some photos below, and let us know which are your favorites!
