Celebrating Spring

As warmer spring temperatures turn into our infamous Texas summer heat, Alpha Testing® is blessed to continue to serve our clients across Texas. We are thankful, now more than ever, for our team members and their commitment to our Alpha family.

A few weeks ago, we asked our team to share their Easter celebrations with us, and we got Easter eggs, coloring pages, family photos, and even a visit from the Easter bunny! Take a look at a few we photos we received.

Alpha at Home

Social distancing has kept much of the Alpha Testing® team apart. While we anxiously anticipate when we can all be back together, we have enjoyed spending more time with our loved ones and furry friends. Here is a look at some our team members and their new Work from Home (WFH) office mates!

Who’s Ready for Some Chili?

Our Fort Worth office held their inaugural Chili Cook-Off last Friday, with nearly 20 entries for this year’s contest! There was a little bit of everything, including mild chili, spicy chili, beef chili, pork chili, and everything in between.

Congratulations to this year’s Chili Champ, Justin Rose, and his venison chili! They also crowned a Chili Chump, Marnie Quedensley, whose entry didn’t quite finish at the top of the voting.

Thank you to everyone who participated, and we can’t wait to have even more entries next year!

Founder’s Award – 2019

Alpha Testing’s Founder’s Award is given annually to those who best epitomize the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Alpha. Congratulations to this year’s recipients: Henok Abebe and Samson Ayalew (Dallas), Nicole Hall (Fort Worth), Mark Lanham (Houston), and Andrew Lamb (San Antonio).

Hungry, Hungry Hippos!

With college football season just around the corner, we know that traffic heading north on I-35 is about to get even crazier than usual. If you need to grab a bite on your way to Norman or Stillwater, we suggest a stop at a legendary Gainesville spot. The Hungry Hippo Sub Shop is located just east of I-35, about an hour north of Dallas/Fort Worth. Voted “Cooke County’s Best Sub Shop,” they’ve been serving Gainesville’s best sandwiches since 1979. Thanks to Alpha’s Chris Pape for sending this photo from his recent visit!
